How ComplainWho works
ComplainWho provides a controlled reference workflow for verified employer accounts:
- Create an Employer account. A company representative submits company and supporting information for review.
- Administrator verifies the company. Search access remains subject to company verification and approval.
- Search an exact passport identifier. An approved Employer can search for records associated with the exact identifier entered.
- Review approved published records. Search results are limited to records approved for publication and are provided for reference only.
- Submit a record for moderation. An Employer may submit a factual record with supporting information for Administrator review.
- Administrator moderates the submission. The Administrator may approve or reject a record under the platform’s moderation requirements.
- Approved records become searchable. Approval permits publication in the reference platform; it is not a finding that the record is true, legally established or proof of fault.
Employers must independently assess the relevance, reliability, context and appropriate weight of records before making employment decisions. ComplainWho does not make hiring decisions or determine a person’s suitability for employment.
