Eligible users, verification and submissions

The service is intended for authorised representatives of verified employer organisations. Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another organisation or individual. Employer access remains restricted until company registration and supporting documents are approved. The submitting employer is responsible for its record and confirms it is factual to the best of the submitter's knowledge and submitted on behalf of the associated employer.

Moderation

The operator may approve, reject, restrict, remove or request clarification of unsupported, excessively inflammatory, abusive, unlawful, misleading, duplicative, irrelevant or otherwise unsuitable submissions. Approve for publication means only that a record passed platform moderation requirements.

Reference information only

Employer Record is an information-sharing platform for reference purposes only. Records are submitted by verified employers and may reflect the submitting employer’s own account, experience or assessment. ComplainWho does not certify, adjudicate or independently guarantee that every submitted record is accurate, complete or legally established. Approval for publication means only that the record has passed the platform’s moderation requirements; it does not establish fault, liability, misconduct or any legal finding. Employers using the platform must independently assess the relevance, reliability, context and appropriate weight of the information before making any employment decision. ComplainWho does not make hiring decisions, provide legal determinations, issue worker ratings or determine whether an individual is suitable for employment.

Moderation is a publication-control process and is not a factual or legal determination.

Search privacy and prohibited use

Ordinary Employer Search shows approved record dates and record text without source-company identity. Users must not attempt to identify a hidden source company, scrape passport records, bulk-export personal information, bypass company verification or access Administrator functions without permission. Do not knowingly submit false information, threaten, harass, unlawfully discriminate, share credentials, probe security controls or use the service unlawfully.

Record review and governing law

Access/correction/review requests use the Record Review & Correction process. Identity verification is required.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore.
