If you believe a record associated with you contains an error or omission, you may request access, correction or review by contacting complaintwho@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required before personal data is disclosed or changed. A request for review does not automatically result in removal of a record.

Identity verification

Do not place a full passport number in an email subject line, public URL or query string. After an initial request, provide a secure identity-verification method if sensitive information is required.

Initial request

The first message may include your name, contact information, whether the request concerns access, correction or record review, and a short description. Avoid requesting or sending the full passport number over an insecure channel.
